As part of running smooth operations, we see innovative technology as playing a big part.  Some of the technology we pride ourselves on in running operations are as follows:

Web Bookings

Utilizing our web booking software, we allow anyone with access to the web to book online with us.

Other then booking via the web instead of phone calling, you are also able to trace your job and be able to view the person name who signed for your goods.  Access to cost consignments also becomes available via web access.

Hand Held Units

This highly portable unit allows drivers to directly receive information about a particular job from our own dispatch screen, or from our web bookings page. The transfer of data from dispatch to the handheld unit minimizes human error from communication line between FRF base and the driver.

GPS Tracking

Our fleet is controlled by a state of the art satellite vehicle tracking system, which establishes pinpoint locations of all our vehicles at any one time. We also have the ability to replay any track.
